Season of Mist USA former eShop manager, Greg Karlowitsch stated about 
(50) gatefolds were damaged.  

Customers received brand new replacement gatefolds with a 
dark color blue box that is blank, but did "NOT" get a hand numbered 'written' gold marker pen of a gatefold copy number.  
Some customers did receive damaged gatefold with brand new replacement gatefold outer sleeve.
