Trait D'Union

trait d'union is a new wave/synth-punk project formed in 2023. After releasing an album and several EPs in the same year, the project returned in 2025 and is preparing a new album scheduled for December, asserting a singular identity.

Its music blends synthetic coldness, punk energy, and danceable melodies in a world where the abrasive meets the melodic. Driven by an uncompromising pen, the songs oscillate between an invitation to dance and nihilistic disenchantment.
With this new album, trait d'union continues its quest: to forge a minimalist new wave where coldness becomes moving.
