How do I find the item I’m looking for?

All items on the website can also be found in our physical store. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to ask us in the shop or via email (frozenrecordsnantes@gmail.com).

How do I reserve an item?

It is not possible to reserve an item. However, you can save the item you want to your Wishlist to keep an eye on its availability or to see when it comes back in stock.

I’m looking for gift ideas. What do you suggest?

In addition to a wide selection of vinyl, CDs, and merch, we offer:

  • Gift Cards: These work like a digital wallet and can be used online, in-store, and at our stands.
  • Mystery Packs (Vinyl and CD): 3 or 5 items from the Frozen Records label, randomly selected by the team.
  • Tickets: For concerts and festivals organized by Frozen throughout the year.

Feel free to also check out the “Staff Picks” section to discover the monthly favorites from each member of the Frozen team. You can also send us your specific requests via email.

I saw on the website that I get a free T-Shirt if my order reaches €150. How do I choose it?

That’s right! Any cart exceeding €150 entitles you to a T-shirt of your choice. To get it, simply add the T-shirt to your cart yourself, and the cost will be automatically deducted from the final total.

Payment Methods

What are the available payment methods?

  • On the website: Credit/Debit cards, online payment apps, Crypto (USDC), and Frozen Gift Cards.
  • In-store: Credit/Debit cards, cash, and Frozen Gift Cards.

Which currencies are accepted?

You can choose your desired language in the tab at the top right of the website; this will automatically determine the associated currency.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the different shipping options?

There are several ways to receive your order. During the payment process, you can choose between “Ship” and “Pick up”:

  • Ship:
  • Pick up: In-store collection at Frozen Records (18 Rue Mercoeur 44000 Nantes, Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm).

What are the shipping rates?

Rates are indicated on each payment page, based on the weight and the chosen delivery location.

  • Rates for collection point delivery start at €4.90.
  • Shipping is free for orders over €75 in France (and over €100 for international orders).

What are the usual delivery times? How do I track my package?

Orders are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your package using the tracking link sent by email.

Can you ship available items before pre-ordered items?

No, it is impossible to split items from the same order. The entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

Order Follow-up

Can I add, replace, or remove items after confirming my order?

If the order has not yet been processed, please contact us so we can modify your order.

Can I “merge” several of my unfulfilled orders into a single one?

No, unfortunately, each order is independent. If you realize you forgot one or more items after confirming your order, contact us by email and we can add them to the order on our end.

My order still hasn’t shipped. What is the reason?

An order may be delayed for various reasons: supplier delay, exceptional store closure, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not shipped for several days (excluding pre-order items).

Returns & Refunds

One or more items in my order are damaged or missing. What should I do?

If this occurs, please contact us first so we can determine the next steps together. Take photos of the damaged or defective items and send them to us by email. Depending on the situation and liability, we will offer you an exchange, store credit, or a refund (see General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for more information).

Other Questions

I want to sell items from my collection. Can I offer them to you?

Yes, you can contact us by email with a list/photos of the items in question, or directly in the store. If we are interested, we will make you an offer for purchase or a store credit/voucher valid at Frozen Records.

Is it possible to drop off my band’s products for you to sell?

Yes, you can come to the store with your products (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes, Merch) to discuss it with us.

Can I submit my music project for your label?

Yes, you can send us an email with a listening link and a description of your project.

I can’t find the answer to my question. What should I do?

The label was founded in 2021 following a meeting with ALT 236. We defend the independence of artists by positioning ourselves as a phonographic publisher. Passionate about vinyl, we are keen to offer an eclectic selection ranging from synthwave to black metal to dark folk.
